§ 1 General provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the rules of collecting, processing and storing personal data of Guests using the services provided by Aparthotel Green (hereinafter: “Aparthotel”).
The administrator of the personal data is Green Concrete Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Świnoujście, 4/9 Bohaterów Września St., 72-600 Świnoujście, NIP: 8551601320, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0001037878, kept by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register (hereinafter: “Administrator”).
A Guest is any natural person using accommodation, catering or additional services provided by Aparthotel.
Giving personal data by the Guest is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to make a reservation, realize a stay or provide services offered by Aparthotel.
Personal data may be used by the Administrator to send commercial information, promotional offers and information about Aparthotel services only after obtaining a separate consent of the Guest.
Using Aparthotel services means acceptance of the principles defined in this Privacy Policy.
§ 2 Automatically collected data
When using the website, Wi-Fi network or other Aparthotel IT systems, technical data may be automatically collected, in particular:
IP address,
device type,
browser type,
website activity data,
location data,
system error information.
Automatically collected data are not used to directly identify the Visitor.
These data are used only to:
ensure proper operation of systems,
improve the quality of services,
ensure security,
conduct statistical analysis.
§ 3 Data collected for the purpose of contacting
When contacting the Aparthotel, the Guest may be asked to provide:
name,
phone number,
e-mail address.
Providing contact data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to an inquiry or process a request.
Contact data is used solely for the purpose of communication with the Guest.
§ 4 Scope of collected personal data
In connection with the performance of hotel services, the Administrator may process the following personal data:
name and surname,
residential address,
e-mail address,
phone number,
reservation data,
check-in and check-out date,
invoice data,
payment data,
stay preferences,
information necessary for the performance of additional services.
In the case required by law, the Administrator may also process data resulting from registration or tax obligations.
§ 5 Purposes and grounds for data processing
Guests’ personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) making and handling reservations,
b) providing accommodation and additional services,
c) fulfilling legal obligations of the Administrator,
d) contacting the Guest,
e) handling payments and settlements,
f) ensuring the safety of persons and property,
g) marketing the Administrator’s own services – solely on the basis of the Guest’s consent.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (RODO).
§ 6 Rights and obligations of the Administrator
The Administrator undertakes to adequately secure personal data and to process them in accordance with applicable laws.
The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection against:
loss,
destruction,
unauthorized access,
unauthorized modification.
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to provide services and for the time required by law.
Personal data may be transferred:
to entities cooperating with the Administrator,
to payment operators,
to IT companies,
to entities providing accounting and legal services,
to public authorities authorized by law.
§ 7 Rights of the Guest
The Guest has the right to:
access his/her data,
rectify his/her data,
delete his/her data,
limit processing,
transfer data,
object to processing,
withdraw consent to processing at any time.
Guests have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing of personal data violates applicable laws.

§ 8 Final Provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
The current version of the Privacy Policy is available at the reception desk and on the Aparthotel’s website.
Changes to the Privacy Policy are effective upon publication.
